The thing is, if you truly believe you don’t need feminism, I’m glad you don’t feel threatened enough to think you do. I’m glad you never experience what the women who know that we do,in fact, need feminism experience. But many women, including myself, do NOT feel that way.

If you want to sit in a burning house and insist everything’s fine, go right ahead. But don’t hold everyone else there hostage with you.
